Shepherd's View started as a vision for something greater than just a business, beyond what is just seen. It was created as a way to add beauty & joy to the communities around us. Founder, Joseph Bowers, began working in home repairs and commercial construction before settling into a landscaping position at York College. Over the next few years, Joseph developed an interest and passion to branch out on his own. Shepherd's View is now grateful to be thriving as we steward our promise to bring brilliance and confidence to our customers all throughout York County. We offer services of many kinds.
